A regional blend from Popayan in Colombia, which Wood St call rich and sweet. It is decaffeinated with the sugarcane process, where ethyl acetate derived from sugarcane removes the caffeine. With milk they taste creamy butterscotch and cereal milk. As espresso they find plenty of milk chocolate and a tangy berry compote note. Bourbon, Caturra, Catuai and Pache grown at 1600 to 1700 masl. Their importing partners Cofinet work with around 65 growers on the programme.
