Square Mile's decaf espresso is produced in the Sierra Sur region of Oaxaca in Mexico by Union San Pedro, a coffee Square Mile call an annual favourite and a staple in their lineup. This year's lot represents 30 small scale producers. It is washed, roasted to a medium level, and made up of Caturra, Mundo Novo and Pluma Hidalgo. Sweet and moreish, with notes of milk chocolate, almond and honey. Square Mile do not name the decaffeination method on the page.
