The Decaf: La Plata, Colombia

Climpson & Sons call this one The Placebo and describe it as the ultimate placebo effect, which is the right amount of self awareness. This one comes from smallholder growers in La Plata, Huila. Washed, then sugarcane decaffeinated in Colombia, which keeps the processing at origin. Dark chocolate, caramel, and orange rind. The orange rind separates it from a dozen other Huila decafs.
