Decaf

Round Hill say they take as much pride in sourcing and roasting this coffee as they do their caffeinated ones. It comes from Huila in southwestern Colombia, along the Andes, where most production is by smallholder families working plots of less than 3 hectares. It is decaffeinated by the ethyl acetate method, also known as sugarcane decaf, in which the green coffee is washed until at least 97 percent of the caffeine is gone.
