Halcyon Decaf Coffee

Sugar cane EA decaffeinated, using ethyl acetate naturally derived from sugarcane. From the Rio Azul Cooperative in Huehuetenango, Guatemala, grown between 1,100 and 2,000 metres. The process removes caffeine gently while leaving the bean's flavour chemistry intact. Chocolate, caramel, and almond. Balance also lab test their coffee for mould, mycotoxins, and pesticides. Most roasters don't bother.
