The farm is owned by Hermilo Sampieri, whose family has grown coffee there for 3 generations at 1,100 masl, and it is certified for sustainable production with RFA and 4C. Decaffeinated by Descamex using the Mountain Water Process, which uses water from the glaciers of the highest mountain in Mexico. Spicy, chocolate, sweet and lemon, with a bright acidity and a clean aftertaste.
