Carvetii blend four Colombian lots from smallholder farms in Huila, Cauca and Antioquia, bought through Pergamino, an exporter based in Antioquia that works directly with farming communities. Pergamino funds community cupping labs and provides quality training. The blend is then decaffeinated by the Hanseatic sugarcane ethyl acetate process. The cup opens on bright orange, moves into rich cocoa and finishes on toffee. With milk it turns smooth and sweet, with chocolate and caramel coming forward.
